In-Home Deliveries
We offer a free same or next day delivery service to all our customers within a 20 mile radius of our store!
When will I receive my delivery?
We will agree a delivery date with you upon purchase, as well as allocating an hourly time slot (i.e. 3-4pm). Of course, we are also happy to hold onto your item/s for you until you are ready to arrange a delivery date.
How to prepare for your delivery?
We will deliver to your room of choice, saving you the trouble of carrying heavy and bulky items from your front door and upstairs. If you have arranged to use our recycling service, we will also remove items from any room in the property.
Please make sure there is adequate access and space to complete the delivery – although we always take great care when in your home, it would be helpful to us to remove any picture frames or mirrors that may line stairways and halls, plus temporarily relocating any breakable valuables along the route!
Assembly Service
When delivering mattresses, if you’d like us to, we will remove the covers and take away the plastic wrapping. We also offer an assembly service for your new bed. The fees for this are:
£5 for divan base (including any headboards)
£15 for wooden or metal bedframes (of any size)
£20 for bunk beds
Please allow up to an hour per man for this service, although with our experience and tools, we're usually much quicker!
